The Patio Suite Hotel

Large rooms, daily cleaning and lots of towels. No noise from other apartments etc. Air conditioning was good and main bed comfortable (sofa bed not so much) Good selection of food in restaurant and good quality. Lovely friendly staff especially the lovely lady in the restaurant who showed you to your table. Night time entertainment was mostly music. Pool towels and safe were free of charge. Free Shuttle Bus to beach was a fab service and definitely worth visiting as the beach is amazing. Uber to Albuferia and Vilamoura about 14 euro each way.

Lobby and general areas very good, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Location was good for us. Plenty of good restaurants in the local area and also happy to walk the 20 mins to village for more good options. Albufeira and Villamoura short taxi ride when we wanted a more busier night life. Very spacious room and it was quiet at night for a busy hotel and bed was comfortable. Shower was decent and plenty of bathroom space. Tv and Wi-Fi worked fine. Air conditioning also good. Towels available for room and pool/beach and easy to get fresh ones when needed. 1 x beach short walk and 2 x others had hotel transfers regularly through the day so plenty of beach options. 2 x decent clean pools and good benches and one of them in particular good for adults with main snack bar and most of the kids at the other bigger pool area

We have just had THE BEST time at The Patio Suite hotel. All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We arrived late and had delicious food waiting in our room. The rooms were huge! Simply yet beautifully decorated and very clean. The communal areas were immaculate and the decor was gorgeous! A fabulous range of drinks to choose from which we enjoyed working our way through and the dining experience was always amazing. Excellent variety and again super friendly staff who really made the whole stay for us, taking the children’s hands on arrival and walking them to the table and giving the children high fives when walking past. Don’t get us started on the entertainment team! The energy they bring to the stay is endless! The children adored Sharkie walking around the tables at breakfast and the kids club was casual throughout the day allowing the children to pop in and out for activities such as face painting, origami, mocktail making. They put on kids discos, karaoke and an amazing show in the evenings and by day us adults loved the water polo and aqua dance at the pool. Got involved with cocktail making on our last day which was great and there was live music most evenings we were there and a quiz on one night. There is a regular bus to the beach which is nice to be able to go to for a morning/afternoon although we loved the hotel so much that we found it hard to want to leave. The pools are great and warm and the kids pool was perfect for our two and four year old to splash around in. Ice cream tubs, slushy drinks and ice pops available on all inclusive and additional ice creams/lollies available to buy. Clientele were equally as friendly. Literally sobbed at our last breakfast this morning as we have made the best memories at The Patio Suite and have the staff to thank for that. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely love to return.

☆The staff were all great.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable! ☆The variety of food was amazing and we felt so spoiled by restaurant staff who were always working extremely hard providing great service throughout our stay. ☆The powerful shower and spacious rooms. ☆Regularly changed towels . ☆Glass bottled water in the rooms. The hotel was great, our child loved the kids club and the girls there. The staff is excellent everyone was helpful and nice evey step of the way. The room was very clean and big and quite well equipped if you want to cook something, the only thing we were missing was a teabag and coffee bag at least for a first day and a washing up liquid, when you stay for a couple of days you don't really wanna buy it. But I think these are just a tiny improvement that can be done. Otherwise, our stay was great. Thank you
